Questions we get
Do I have to smoke cigars to join?
No. Plenty of members joined because their people are here. The reviews are written so a first-timer can follow them and a twenty-year smoker doesn't roll their eyes.
Can you ship cigars to my state?
We ship the humidor, cutter, torch and merchandise anywhere in the US. Cigars follow state law — a handful of states we can't ship to, and we'll swap in Club credit instead. You'll see it at checkout before you pay.
What happens at renewal?
Renewal is $95 and skips the gear you already own. It keeps your map access, your Pardner offers, your Small Batch allocation and your giveaway entries.
How do I get a place on the map?
Submit it. Any member can nominate a Roost — a lounge, a patio, a distillery, an overlook with good light. We check it's real, then it goes live with your name on the recommendation.
Can my business become a Pardner?
Yes, and it's a relationship, not an ad slot. Pardners get an expanded profile, event listings, member offers and the "Proud Bad Owl Pardner" mark. Ask us on the Connect page.
Is there an age requirement?
21 and over, verified at checkout. Adult signature required on anything with tobacco in it.
